Hi, I’m Michelle Hawley, Principal Consultant at MissionMove Strategies. I partner with businesses, nonprofit organizations, and educational institutions to develop strategic growth plans, strengthen operational systems, and create sustainable funding opportunities. With more than 25 years of experience in large-scale event production, program development, and organizational strategy, I help leadership teams turn ideas into structured plans that drive measurable results.

My background spans corporate activations, large-scale festivals, nonprofit fundraising initiatives, and community-based programs. I have led and supported high-profile experiences for organizations and brands including Microsoft, Formula 1, and SXSW, while also working extensively with school districts, nonprofit organizations, and local businesses to design initiatives that strengthen programs and expand funding opportunities.

My consulting approach focuses on identifying opportunities for growth while improving operational alignment. I work closely with executive teams, boards of directors, and program leaders to evaluate existing initiatives, refine strategic priorities, and implement systems that support long-term sustainability. My areas of expertise include strategic planning, program and initiative development, fundraising strategy, sponsorship and partnership development, marketing alignment, operational process improvement, and experiential initiatives designed to drive engagement and revenue.

Prior to founding MissionMove Strategies, I served both as VP Marketing & Events, and Community Relations & Development Manager for the Liberty Hill ISD Education Foundation, where I led the development and execution of major fundraising initiatives that achieved 100% growth in the first year and sustained a 75% year-over-year growth rate. By aligning marketing strategy, donor engagement, and operational execution, I helped build initiatives that continue to generate meaningful funding and community support today.
